No, once you’ve purchased a vSeeBox, you can enjoy the content available through the pre-installed Heat Apps without any extra charges. It’s the ultimate cable-cutting solution—no more cable bills! However, for apps like Netflix, Hulu, or Disney+, you’ll need your own account to access their services.

Heat Apps, such as Heat Live, Heat VOD, and Heat VOD Ultra (exclusive to the V2 Pro), come pre-installed on vSeeBox. These apps provide free access to over 1,600 TV channels and a massive library of 80,000+ movies and TV shows, all at no additional cost.

You can use the vSeeBox anywhere in the world, making it perfect for travel or road trips. Please note that service is currently unavailable in China.

All you need is a TV or monitor with an HDMI port and a Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection to set up your vSeeBox. For the best streaming experience, we recommend a network speed of at least 15 Mbps, with Ethernet being ideal for smooth and reliable streaming.

A VPN is not required to use vSeeBox. However, if you frequently use third-party apps or need to change your location for accessing services like Netflix, we recommend using a VPN for a better experience.

Absolutely! vSeeBox is fully compatible with the Google Android TV system, allowing you to download and install any official apps from the Google Play Store for optimal performance. If you’re interested in third-party apps that aren’t available on the Play Store, you can visit the Market on the vSeeBox home page, where we’ve curated some popular third-party apps for easy download and installation.

For a smooth streaming experience with vSeeBox, we recommend a network speed of at least 15 Mbps. For the most stable and fast connection, using an Ethernet cable is preferable over Wi-Fi. If you’re watching VOD content, you can adjust the picture quality based on your internet speed. A 15 Mbps connection is ideal for high-quality streaming without buffering, while for 4K/UHD VODs in Heat VOD Ultra, we recommend a 25 Mbps connection for seamless viewing.

The pre-installed Heat Live app on vSeeBox offers a wide range of channels, including National and Local networks, Sports channels, Canadian and Latino programming, as well as NFL, MLB, NHL, NBA, ESPN+, BTN+, PPV, FloSports, and more. For a detailed list of all available channels, check out our channel list here.

You can expand your vSeeBox storage by inserting a MicroSD card. It supports FAT format MicroSD cards with capacities of 2GB, 4GB, 8GB, 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB. However, please note that apps must be installed directly on the device itself (in APK file format) to be used.

Yes, we offer a 1-year warranty on our vSeeBox models, including V1 Pro, V1 Max, and V2 Pro. If you encounter any hardware issues, simply contact your seller for a replacement or repair.

To uninstall apps on your vSeeBox, go to the first row on the Home page, select Settings, then Apps. Choose the app(s) you want to remove, and click Uninstall.

vSeeBox supports Over-The-Air updates to keep your device up to date. To check for updates, go to the third row on the Home page and select Software Update. From there, choose Online Update to see if any new updates are available for your device.

Performing a factory reset on your vSeeBox will erase all data and cache from the device. However, don’t worry—you can reinstall the Heat Apps after the reset to regain access to all your content.

First, make sure your network is connected by opening YouTube TV and checking if videos play. If your network is connected but the Heat Apps still aren’t appearing on the Home Screen, and you’re experiencing unusual glitches, we recommend performing a factory reset. To do this, go to the third row on the Home Screen, select System Settings, then Device Preference, and choose Reset. Finally, select Erase Everything to complete the reset. This should resolve any setup issues.

This message often appears on sports and PPV channels when there are no live games or events at that moment. These channels go under maintenance as they prepare for upcoming events. To see when games or events will be broadcast, check our EPG or visit relevant sports websites for schedules.

For regular channels, “Channel Under Maintenance” might indicate emergency checks or tests. These channels usually return shortly. If you notice a channel that’s been down for an extended period, please use the Feedback submission to notify us, and our development team will address the issue as soon as possible.

At this time, the Heat Live app does not support pausing or stopping live TV. However, we are actively developing a Time Shift feature, which will allow you to pause and rewind live TV. Stay tuned for updates!

If you’re seeing all channels down for maintenance with a 346 error code in the bottom right corner, we recommend performing a factory reset to resolve the issue. To do this, go to the third row on the Home Screen, select System Settings, then Device Preference, and choose Reset. Finally, select Erase Everything to complete the reset. This should help restore your channels.

If your network is showing as “remembered” but not “connected,” it likely means there’s a password error. To resolve this, you can reconnect to the network by following these steps: go to the third row on the Home Screen, select System Settings, then Network. Click on your Wi-Fi network, choose Forget Network, and then reconnect by entering the correct password.

We recommend shutting down (powering off) your vSeeBox if you won’t be using it for a while. This helps free up internal storage and ensures smoother performance the next time you turn it on.

Sleep mode is best for short breaks when you plan to use the box again soon. In sleep mode, the box isn’t completely turned off, allowing for a quicker wake-up time.

Heat VOD Ultra is an enhanced version of Heat VOD, offering more Ultra HD and 4K content. This feature is currently available only on the V2 Pro model. For the best streaming experience with 4K content, we recommend a network speed of over 40 Mbps to ensure smooth, buffer-free viewing.

To search for a movie or TV series, use the Search function located on the left-hand side of the VOD main page. For example, if you’re looking for the movie “Moonfall,” you can simply type “moon” or “fall” into the search bar to find it.

When you select a VOD, you’ll see options like “Play,” “Info,” and “Favorite” on the page before you start watching. Simply click the “Favorite” button to add the movie or TV series to your favorites list.

You can access your Favorite list by selecting Favorite at the top of the VOD main page. To remove a movie or TV series from your favorites, hover over the title and press the Menu button on your remote, then select the option to cancel your favorite.

For VODs that offer different quality options, you can easily adjust the picture quality based on your network environment. During VOD streaming, press the Menu button on your remote, then navigate to Quality. From there, you can choose between High, Normal, and Low quality settings, with High quality offering up to 4K resolution.

For VODs that offer subtitles, you can easily turn them on or off and even select different languages. During VOD streaming, press the Menu button on your remote, then navigate to Subtitles. From there, you can choose “None” to turn off subtitles or select from the available languages to enable them.

For VODs that offer multiple track languages, you can easily switch between them. During VOD streaming, press the Menu button on your remote, then navigate to Track. From there, you can choose from available languages such as English, Español, and more, depending on what’s available for that specific content.

Buffering can occur due to high traffic or slow internet speeds. If you experience frequent buffering, try holding down the “Pause” button for about 15 seconds before resuming playback—this can often resolve the issue.

Additionally, you can adjust the picture quality to better match your network speed. During VOD streaming, press the Menu button on your remote, go to Quality, and choose from High, Normal, or Low settings. Opting for a lower quality can help reduce buffering, while High quality may provide up to 4K resolution if your network can support it.
